Hello Valued Client,
I just wanted to take a moment to update you on my current news.
I am back open as of August 31. I am still in a large private studio for your convenience and for your health and safety. I am also no longer double booking.
What this means?
I can only accommodate one client at a time in the studio.
The ONLY exception to this rule is if you accompanying a minor child or another member of your household that may need your help in some way. But I cannot book two appointments to overlap, even if you live in the same household. Do not bring your friends.
I have taken away the ability to cancel your own appointments online.
The new mandate for California Salons is that we work by appointment only. I cannot accept walk-ins of any type. So I am careful when booking appointments to make them run as efficiently as possible. If you should need to cancel I will require you to contact me so we can discuss it.
New Cancelation Policies
I still require a full 24 hours notice for haircut cancelations and a full 48 hours for any larger services. If you cancel less than a FULL 24 or 48 hours in advance, even for an emergency, expect a cancelation fee at the very minimum. It's not personal, but I have a business to maintain. If this is an issue for you, I sincerely apologize, but I need everyone to respect my time as I would do for you.
No Outside Food or Drinks
Please do not bring anything with you unless medically necessary.
Our doors are being kept locked as a safety precaution. When you arrive, please wait in your car and send me a text. I will notify you when I am ready to meet you at the door. I will also take your temperature before you enter the building.
WEAR A MASK!
If you would like a disposable mask to wear for your service I can provide one for you, but you must wear your own to enter the building. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I am taking every measure to ensure your comfort and safety. I an disinfecting before, after, and in between every single appointment.
