Welcome to my monthly update!

I just wanted to take a moment to update you on my current news.
I am back open as of August 31. I am still in a large private studio for your convenience and for your health and safety.

What does this mean? Our county has loosened restrictions. We are now allowed to double book if you are coming with someone from your family or same household. However the limit will still be two clients at a time, MAX. Do not book appointments for yourself and more than one other person. And I will not be double booking any clients from different households. You MUST contact me personally to arrange a double booking.

I will accept weekend appointments by request ONLY.
You will not find any weekend availability on my online booking module. But if you have something coming up and need a weekend, let me know. I will see what I can do for you.

I have still not enabled the ability to cancel your own appointments online.
The new mandate for California Salons is that we work by appointment only. I cannot accept walk-ins of any type. So I am careful when booking appointments to make them run as efficiently as possible. If you should need to cancel I will require you to contact me so we can discuss it. 

New Cancelation Policies as of 8/31/2020
I still require a full 24 hours notice for haircut cancelations and a full 48 hours for any larger services. If you cancel less than a FULL 24 or 48 hours in advance, even for an emergency, expect a cancelation fee at the very minimum. It's not personal, but I have a business to maintain. If this is an issue for you, I sincerely apologize, but I need everyone to respect my time as I would do for you.

No Outside Food or Drinks 
Please do not bring anything with you unless medically necessary.  However, bottled drinks are ok if you plan to sip on them while I am not working directly on you.

Our doors are being kept locked as a safety precaution. When you arrive, please wait in your car and send me a text. I will notify you when I am ready to meet you at the door. I will also take your temperature before you enter the building.

If you would like a disposable mask to wear for your service I can provide one for you, but you must wear your own to enter the building. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I am taking every measure to ensure your comfort and safety. I an disinfecting before, after, and in between every single appointment. 

Every year I donate toys to low income and underprivileged children, and to a variety of organizations. This year was tougher than ever on many families. I began my wish list in early October but the donations thus far have been lower than ever. If you have it in your heart and in your budget, PLEASE consider making a donation.
