Hello Valued Client,

I would like to start off by thanking all of you who have followed me to my new studio. I've been here now 5 months and I absolutely love it. 

But of course I've always said that with each new venture comes new issues. With my current existing clients, I have no issues. But with some newer clients that book online, I've been receiving a higher number of no-shows.  

What this means for YOU, my existing clientele is less availability and longer wait periods for available appointments. This is not good for my existing clients. I have decided to require credit cards for online bookings. For those of you who come in for haircuts, color touch ups, and partial highlights, this will not effect you. This will effect all online bookings for higher priced services such as full highlights, balayage highlights, and Brazilian blowouts. This will also not effect those of you who call me or text me to book appointments, or those of you who pre-book your next appointment while at the studio. 

Please note that this isn't a personal jab at any of my existing clients, it is a decision to make sure that my business is being run properly.
